Still dreaming.
Still learning.
Still BEcoming.
Strategic Thought Partner. Coach. Consultant. Adventurer. Human BEing.

I've spent much of my life dreaming big, building organizations, bringing visions to life, and working with people who want to make a meaningful difference in the world.
I've co-founded and led nonprofit organizations, created for-profit businesses, and had the incredible opportunity to partner with visionary leaders around the world.
And while I love the work I do, there's so much more to who I am.
I'm a partner, a friend, an aunt, an animal lover, an endurance athlete, and someone who feels most alive exploring the world around me. I love big adventures, meaningful conversations, time in nature, and the everyday moments that remind me how extraordinary this life can be.
I'm also someone who is very much still figuring things out.
I'm Still BEcoming, Too.
I've spent much of my life dreaming big, pursuing ambitious goals, building organizations, and working to create a positive impact in the world.
And I've accomplished some pretty incredible things.
But somewhere along the way, I had to acknowledge something much harder.
In my pursuit of making a difference in the world, I wasn't always showing up for the people who mattered most to me.
I was pouring so much of myself into the organizations I was building, the visions I believed in, and the impact I wanted to create that I wasn't giving the same attention, presence, and intention to my own relationships—or to myself.
And that was a painful realization.
Because despite everything I was accomplishing, I had to recognize that, in some of the areas of life that mattered most, I wasn't living in alignment with the person I wanted to BE.
That realization led me to question something I'd spent much of my life pursuing:
What if MORE means being more present with the people we love? More adventures? More laughter? More meaningful connections? More joy in the everyday moments? More of the experiences that make this one life so extraordinary?
I still have big dreams. I still pursue ambitious goals. And I still want to make a meaningful impact in the world.
But I've come to appreciate that our goals aren't simply destinations to reach.
They're opportunities to practice who we are BEcoming along the way.
And I am very much still practicing.
I still get caught up in the doing. I still make choices that don't align with my intentions. I still disappoint myself sometimes, and occasionally the people I love.
I fail. I learn. I recommit.
I'm not sharing this because I've figured out how to live a purposeful, fulfilling, and joyful life. I'm sharing it because I'm committed to putting in the work to create one.
And I believe that work is never finished.

What Lulu Taught Me About Living Fully
A story about trust, presence, and experiencing life fully.
Some of the most meaningful lessons in my life haven't come from a boardroom, a business, or even a conversation.
They've come from nature.
One of those moments happened while riding my horse, Lulu, on the Uncompahgre Plateau in Colorado.
We were riding through one of my favorite places, surrounded by the beauty of nature, when I experienced a connection and sense of presence that was difficult to put into words.
I put down the reins and continued riding.
There was something incredibly powerful about that moment. The trust. The connection. The freedom. The experience of being completely present rather than trying to control every step.
It reminded me that life isn't simply something we're meant to accomplish.
It's something we're meant to experience.
That experience helped shape the purpose that continues to guide my life today:
Experience Life Fully. Share It Authentically.
Not as a destination I've reached, but as an intention I return to again and again.
The Work I Love
Today, I have the privilege of partnering with visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are bringing meaningful ideas into the world.
Sometimes that partnership involves building the strategy, infrastructure, and leadership needed to bring an ambitious vision to life.
Other times, it's about exploring the bigger questions.
Who do I want to BE?
What does success actually look like for me?
What might be possible if I challenged the assumptions I've been living by?
And how do I create meaningful impact while experiencing a purposeful, fulfilling, and joyful life?
My work brings together strategic thinking, business experience, deep curiosity, and a belief in the extraordinary potential of people.
Whether we're having a conversation, exploring a new possibility, or spending time together immersed in nature, my intention is to create space for meaningful exploration—and for turning that exploration into intentional action.
And the Journey Continues...
I don't believe there's a point when we finally become the person we're meant to be and the work is finished.
Life keeps inviting us to grow, evolve, question, experiment, and recommit.
Some of my greatest lessons have come from the goals I've achieved.
Others have come from the ones I haven't.
And many have come from the moments when I've slowed down enough to recognize what was right in front of me.
I'm still exploring what MORE means in my own life.
I'm still practicing who I want to BE.
And I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect with others who are doing the same.
Here's to experiencing life fully, sharing it authentically, and embracing the extraordinary journey of BEcoming.
Experience Life Fully.
Share It Authentically.
If something in my story resonates with you, I'd love to explore what's possible together.
