I believe that feeling purposeful, fulfilled and joyful are the keys to unlocking the life you desire and your full potential. My passion for connecting with people (ideally while in nature and/or with animals) and empowering them to find and live their purpose is the foundation for Amy Ben-Horin Coaching and Consulting.
I also believe that my 20+ years in the nonprofit sector (wearing every hat imaginable, as most of you in this world can relate to, including Executive Director and Co-Founder), teaching in the Outdoor Education field, developing and facilitating animal-assisted programs and now being a Jay Shetty certified life coach have provided me with the skills and knowledge to support businesses and individuals in their journey towards fulfilling their highest potential.
