So How Does it Work?
It all starts with your discovery call! During the call, I hope to understand your goals, where are you starting from, and your current roadblocks. We’ll also take this time to make sure we’re a good fit to go on the journey together.

Assuming we are a good fit, I will invite you to sign up for a package of coaching sessions. I recommend weekly sessions, approximately 60 minutes long, held either in-person or virtually.

I will be encouraging you with homework at the end of each session and email support for follow-up questions.
​
Remember, you can always add a nature- or animal-based experience to your session! We can chat about what that might look like in your discovery call.
