The benefits of being connected to the natural world have unlimited benefits in helping to reduce stress, improve mood and even create a sense of joy. Nature-based coaching sessions will take place either at my home in Unaweep Canyon (Western Colorado), on the trails outside of Mesa and/or Delta Counties, or potentially in your backyard. This time together allows us to engage in reflective exercises, mindfulness practices, and dialogue while immersed in nature. This approach aims to enhance self-awareness, foster resilience, and promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being through the restorative power of nature.
