Each week we will explore how the Jay Shetty ABC framework will help you reach your big goals and ultimately live a life that is purposeful, fulfilling and joyful. Amy will also provide worksheets after each session so you can continue to reflect on ways to make your BIG Goals a reality. My goal for these group coaching sessions is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery that will connect your passions and unique gifts to help unlock you full potential and live your best life.
